Preparation Time

Orders are prepared within 10–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

During peak seasons and promotional periods, preparation times may be longer. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Bahrain Orders

Orders are delivered within 3 business days after dispatch, excluding public holidays.

GCC Orders

Orders are delivered within up to 5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse.

Please allow 14–21 business days for return or exchange requests to be processed after the item has been received by our team.

Alterations

PandaMed does not offer alterations or modifications to its products.

If your order does not match the details on your order confirmation due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Product Care

The lifespan of your scrub set depends on how well it is cared for.

To maintain the quality, color, and performance of your garment, please follow the care instructions provided on the product label.
