• No exchange or refund is accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Care Instructions:

• No warranty is provided against damage caused by incorrect washing or misuse.

Sizing & Alterations:

• Sizes cannot be changed after the order is completed.

• We do not offer alteration services if the delivered scrub matches the invoice measurements.

• Alterations are accepted only if the error is from our side, and strictly according to the sizes stated on the invoice and within the margin of error.

• No additional modifications are available.
  

Shipping

Shipping times may vary during peak periods and can occasionally exceed 10–12 days. If you are unable to allow for possible delays we kindly ask that you refrain from placing an order as this may lead to inconvenience for both sides.

Cancellation And Refund

No refunds are accepted for any reason. Once an order has been placed and shipped, it is non-refundable under all circumstances. We encourage all customers to carefully review product details and ensure they are fully informed before placing an order.
